Question 1

You are riding on a multi lane road where the speed limit is 100 km/h. Which lane should you use?

• Any lane you like
• The right lane, so you are more visible

Where the speed limit is 90 km/h or more, or a keep left unless overtaking sign applies, you must not stay in the right lane without a reason to be there.

Question 2

When may you overtake a vehicle by passing on its left?

• Whenever there is space beside it

Squeezing up the left of a moving vehicle in a single lane is both illegal and one of the easiest ways to be hit, because the driver is not looking for anything there.

Two motorcycles are travelling in the same marked lane. What does the road rule require of the riders?
