Why the whole bank is on the page
Transport for NSW publishes this bank under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence, so there is no reason to put it behind an account. Reading it is not the same as being ready for it, though: the NSW simulator draws from it in the format of the sitting, and the twenty tests in the NSW ladder mark each answer with the source underneath it.
